My classes are in blocks of 6 sessions and are £55 pre-booked. I also offer £10 per drop in session, availability permitting.  My classes are in the evenings at [Venue TBC] as follows (weather permitting I love to teach some of these classes outside immersed in the beauty of nature around us). My yoga classes are inclusive as I believe everyBODY is a yoga body. Everyone is welcome regardless of yoga experience, shape, size, age, ability.  I have designed some classes to help you commence or continue your yoga journey. I look forward to welcoming you and sharing my knowledge and practice with you.   You have a body – you can do yoga!

Yoga Flow: 

Wednesday 6.15-7.15. Outside or [Venue TBC]

This class is a blend of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, using a flowing sequences with a more dynamic approach to the practice. I have designed these classes with swimmers, surfers and paddleboarders in mind, however,  these classes are energising and bring a little heat to the body, focusing on balance, strength & flexibility. This class will help you combine strength and stamina and inner calm.  Total self love.

Yin Flow:

Wednesday 7.30-8.30. Outside or [Venue TBC]

This class is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga.  Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to five minutes! Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice.

Science of Stretch™ :

Friday [or Sunday] 6.30-7.30. [Venue TBC]

This approach to flexibility training can effectively and systematically create more space in the body you live in and give you a better range of motion. Founded in 2007, this unique methodology has helped hundreds of thousands increase mobility, reduce pain and injuries.  The benefits of a long, limber body improves your posture, reduces pain, reduces the chances of injury and allows you to move like a younger version of yourself.  Whilst this is a rigorous practice that delivers measurable results, improving flexibility, reducing stress and gives long  term results, it can  be taught to students of all levels, including complete beginners and students with injuries.
